Your Elligent data.

This notice covers Elligent LLC’s personal briefing at app.elligent.io and the public sample at elligent.io.

The waiting list

When you join, we store your email address, signup date, the page you joined from, and the version of the launch-notification consent in Supabase. We use this signup to notify you when access opens. It does not create an account, start a trial, take payment, or subscribe you to a daily briefing.

To limit automated signups, we use short-lived request counters, including a keyed hash of the request’s network address. Those counters expire within 24 hours and are removed during subsequent signup processing. We do not store the raw network address in the waiting-list records. Our hosting providers may process technical request information in their own service logs.

Contact support@elligent.io to leave the waiting list or correct your address. Your signup stays on the list until it is removed or the launch-notification purpose ends; we will not silently enroll it in another mailing list.

We also store your waiting-list email address in Resend, our email provider, under the waitlist topic so we can notify you when access opens. Existing email opt-outs are respected. This does not subscribe you to other Elligent email topics.

Your account

When you create or use an account, we process your email address, authentication information, followed assets, and reading progress to provide your personal briefing. Supabase manages authentication and stores account data. A session is saved in your browser so you can stay signed in. Confirmation and password-recovery emails are sent through our configured email provider, Resend.

The separate sample

The sample briefing uses fictional stories and prices. Sample follows, reading progress, simulated trial start, and demo email preferences stay in browser storage under elligent.preview.v1. They do not become your account’s follows or paid entitlements. The sample does not require an account or payment. Its sharing control copies the public preview URL only when selected.

Briefing emails and subscriptions

We save your delivery preference, consent time, timezone, and chosen delivery time. Resend sends account and briefing emails, and we record delivery attempts and status so we can retry failures and respect unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints. Daily emails require your explicit choice and eligible trial or Pro access. New waiting-list signups receive a welcome email; existing waiting-list entries are not automatically sent a retroactive welcome.

Stripe handles subscription checkout and payment details. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and payment status, billing periods, and payment-event records to manage access and prevent duplicate processing. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in Elligent’s application database.

Website requests

Render hosts the website, and Fontshare provides the Satoshi font. Website and account requests send technical information such as your IP address to the relevant providers. The signed-in app does not include advertising trackers.

Marketing-site analytics

On elligent.io, we use Plausible to measure page visits and completed waiting-list signups, and the X pixel to measure visits and signup conversions from advertising. X may use cookies and advertising identifiers and receives technical information about your visit. We do not include your submitted email address in either service’s signup event. A browser-session flag helps prevent counting repeated submissions. Blocking analytics does not prevent joining the waiting list. Managing your data

You can remove followed assets in the app, sign out to clear the current session, and clear browser data to remove sample preferences. Clearing browser data does not delete saved account information. For access, correction, or account deletion, contact support@elligent.io. Account records remain until changed or a deletion request is completed, subject to records we must retain for applicable obligations.

Existing accounts

Existing Elligent credentials can be used to sign in. Historical creator-product and financial records are preserved; opening the personal briefing does not change a legacy subscription. The historical privacy policy remains available for that product’s records.
